Set Up Team: Assist with setting up tables, signage, and contest areas before the event starts.

Registration & Check-In: Greet guests, check them in, and distribute event materials.

Course Marshals: Monitor the golf course, enforce tournament rules, and assist players.

Fundraising/Raffle Team: Sell raffle tickets, encourage donations, and manage the silent auction.

Guest Services: Assist with food and beverage distribution and help guests with any needs.

Media & Content: Capture event photos/videos and conduct brief interviews for social media.

Post Event Clean Up: Assist with cleanup, packing materials, and organizing supplies after the event.
