This is an application form and does not constitute a booking.
1. Should you wish to apply for a stall place, please complete and submit this form (details at the end of the form) by the 31st May. The applications may remain open after this but submissions after this time are unlikely to be given a pitch but we do keep a reserve list.
2. Following receipt of a completed application form from you, we will contact you by email to confirm:
a. your application is successful and request payment via BACs or through Stripe. If you choose to pay through Stripe there will be an additional small fee to cover the platform / transaction fees (these are included in the stall prices listed below). You will have 10 working days to pay the fees.
b. your application has not been successful.

3. Once payment is received from you we will confirm your booking by email.

STALL SIZES AND PRICES:
1. INSIDE STALL (a 6' by 2' table and a chair will be provided):
a. Single stall £35.00 by BACS or £35.75 for Stripe payment
b. Double stall £65.00 by BACS or £66.20 for Stripe payment
2. OUTSIDE space 3m x 3m pitch (it is essential you provide your own table, and gazebo/weights in case of rain). If you do not fit into this space you will need to request a double pitch.
a. Each pitch £30.00 by BACS or £30.65 for Stripe payment
