Welcome to the Fruit Cove Middle School Schedule Change Request form. Please read the important information below before submitting your request:

Final decisions about your request will be delivered via the email you provide.

Schedules will not be changed for the following reasons:
• Student does not meet the SJCSD middle school progression requirements for the course
• Teacher preference request
• Courses in a particular order
• Limited availability in a class

Final elective class placements were based on each student’s individual academic needs.

THE FOLLOWING CLASSES ARE AT CAPACITY: Spanish, WEB, Yearbook, and Art.
If you request them, it will be denied due to limited seat availability.
