We ask for a one month commitment to start, which gives us the opportunity to get to know your needs and establish a rhythm together. Service is offered on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule. After the initial month, your scheduled day and time becomes your dedicated "spot" — held exclusively for you each week.

Because your spot is reserved just for you, we ask for at least 2 weeks' notice if you need to place your service on a temporary hold (see "Schedule Hold" below). This allows us enough time to potentially offer that opening to another client.

If you find that you're unable to maintain your regular schedule for more than a month at a time, we may reach out to discuss transitioning you to our waitlist for single-week openings. These are spots that open up when a regular client places their service on hold, and are offered to the waitlist as they become available. Weekly and bi-weekly spots are reserved for clients who are looking for a consistent, ongoing service.

If we are ever unable to make your regularly scheduled meal prep day, you will be notified at least 2 weeks in advance. We will do our best to offer an alternative day when possible. You will receive no charge if we need to cancel your meal prep day without rescheduling it.

To permanently discontinue service, we kindly ask for one month's notice.

Service is provided within one of two time windows which stays the same week to week:

Morning: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Afternoon: 1:00pm – 5:00pm

Your chef will likely not need the full window, but may arrive and depart at any point within it. You'll receive a text the day of service with an approximate arrival time.
