2026 ASIJ Summer Passport Program
1.  Complete online application.

2. 7-10 business days after submitting your application you will receive a confirmation email that will include bus registration information. You are not accepted until you have received this confirmation email.

3. After receiving the confirmation email you will receive an invoice within 7 business days. The invoice will be for the non-refundable application fee, tuition fee, and busing if applicable. You will be assigned a personal  Summer Passport  bank account number to use for payment which can be made by bank transfer or internet banking. Please note that ASIJ will NOT confirm receipt. Please contact your bank as needed. Company billing is not available.

4. The last day for the payment is April 21, 2026. A late fee of ¥6,000 per child will be charged on any payment made after April 21st, 2026. A cancellation fee of ¥25,000 will be charged if cancellation occurs after May 22, 2026.

5. The week of May 29th program details for K-9 and the daily schedule for students in grades 5-9 will be emailed.
