The Halloween Party Volunteer application closes October 17, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Application results will be released via email on October 19, 2026.

Possible Volunteer Positions
Sign-In (MIAD Lobby): 1–2 sign-in volunteers will sit at a table in the MIAD Lobby and direct all attendees to show their IDs, sign in, and explain what events are happening where in the building. There are two shifts.

De-Stim Room (TLR): The De-Stim Room takes place in the Living Room on the 2nd floor. Stim toys, small crafts, and quiet games are set up here and facilitated by 1–2 volunteers. There are two shifts.

Bingo (160): A volunteer will run four rounds of Halloween Bingo in 160. Attendees can play a round of bingo to win a prize. There is one shift. 

Halloween Kahoot! (160): After Bingo ends, a volunteer will run Halloween Kahoots in 160 until 7:00 PM. There is one shift.

Potion Station (MIAD Lobby): A volunteer will monitor the Potion Station to keep it clean and tidy for guests to enjoy. There are two shifts.

Breakdown: Breakdown involves taking down all decorations and putting them neatly into the Student Party supply boxes, helping out vendors to pack up their supplies, organizing and resetting all rooms, disposing of leftover food and garbage, and otherwise cleaning up the event.
