Sarita’s Food Truck is a Spanish-American Fusion mobile food vendor or “food truck” based in Rome, NY. We specialize in producing handmade, specialty empanadas using a variety of flavor combinations. By creating a fusion of food and culture, we work towards our never-ending goal to help spread diversity. Our menu is based around taking traditional Hispanic dishes and giving them an American twist.
