Official transcripts are required to complete the application process and must be submitted by no later than February 18, 2024.  Please ensure that you make arrangements with your academic institution to have your official transcripts submitted to prior to the deadline. Provide a Statement of Purpose, not longer than 750 words, that clearly describes (i) your professional goals; (ii) the relevance of your program and any supplementary activities in which you participate to fulfilling your professional goals; and (iii) why you want to pursue a career in commercial real estate.

RECOMMENDATION LETTERS
You are required to provide a recommendation letter from a faculty member, preferably an instructor from one of the your current commercial real estate-related courses, as well as a recommendation letter from an employer, charitable organization supervisor or other academic advisor.  Please ensure your references email Toronto CREW Scholarships committee within 2 weeks of your application being submitted (TorontoCREWScholarships@gmail.com) from their official work email.  All recommendation letters will be kept confidential by Toronto CREW.
Recommendation # 1: Faculty Member from one of the applicant’s commercial real estate related courses. Please provide their contact information in the following format: "Name / Position / Organization / Email Address". (Please ensure to use their organizational email rather than personal) *
Recommendation # 2:  Employer, Charitable Organization Supervisor or other Academic Advisor. Please provide their contact information in the following format: "Name / Position / Organization / Email Address".  (Please do not provide a personal email address for your references.  Toronto CREW prefers to communicate through an email address that is associated with the applicable academic institution or other organization). *
Recommendation Letters from References must be sent to TorontoCREWScholarships@gmail.com within two weeks of your application.  Email must come from their official work email address. *

DECLARATION BY APPLICANT
I grant permission to Toronto CREW to use my name and photograph in the literature designed to promote the Toronto CREW Scholarship. I understand that Toronto CREW will not provide me with a copy of my recommendation letters. I attest that these letters have been written in confidence.
The applicant consents to the collection of payment information and SIN number if granted an award. The collection of this information is required in order to process a scholarship award.
I certify that I have read the Toronto CREW Scholarship Application Process and that I meet the eligibility criteria. I certify that all information contained in my application is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that, at the option of Toronto CREW, I may be interviewed as a candidate for the Toronto CREW Scholarship. I consent to the review and release of this application and supporting documentation to the appropriate persons of Toronto CREW and designated representatives of the organization.
If chosen as a recipient of the scholarship award, I will update Toronto CREW with any changes to contact information so that I can be contacted for future events and opportunities to participate in the mentorship program. I consent to the use of my name, school, and program of study (or any of these) being posted or linked in Toronto CREW and CREW Network newsletters, websites and affiliated social media sites.

The information provided by scholarship applicants will be used by the Toronto CREW Scholarship Committee to assess whether the applicant has satisfied the scholarship criteria and for selecting the scholarship recipients, and the information provided by the applicants will be disclosed to the Toronto CREW Scholarship Committee, the Toronto CREW Board of Directors and designated representatives of the organization, and will not be disclosed to any other organization or person.
