This event is free but since provide food and supplies we need to know who will participate so we can plan for the event. We will also contact you if anything changes due to weather or other unexpected circumstances. This will be held outdoors so please dress for the weather!

Did you know spending time in nature and engaging in gardening are activities that support our wellness? Join us to learn gardening activities you can do in fall and winter, both indoors and out!
- create and take a window herb garden
- cool weather gardening- things you can do in Fall/Winter
- why and how trees help people and nature
- tree planting and care for successful growth
- tree saplings may be available to take home if interested
Workshop partners are Carolina Garden Coaching, We Plant it Forward, and Walnut Creek Stewardship Corps
A light lunch will be provided.
