Technical needs will determine minimum staffing, set up times and rehearsal times. (At the discretion of the Production Manager.)
Any changes to needs after booking are subject to additional fees, staffing and availability of spaces/equipment.

Some camera set ups will require the closure of seats/rows of seating. No tripod setup is allowed without prior arrangement with SCU•Presents staff.

Note: Food and beverages must be provided by Santa Clara University's catering service.  Violations to this policy may result in a $500 fine.

Our staff will coordinate with your organizers to ensure that times allow for audience to comfortably leave and (re)enter between sessions.
