This confidential form is designed to receive any concerns or grievances related to violations of our shared Code of Conduct. Whether you've directly experienced or witnessed inappropriate behaviour, your voice matters and will be treated with respect, discretion, and urgency.

Your report plays a vital role in ensuring that our conference remains a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for all. You don’t need to provide proof of your suspicions, but all reports must be made in good faith.
