What do we each need to do to build and develop our resilience and adaptability in these challenging times? What practical actions can we take?

Dr Stephen Murgatroyd, a psychologist and author of Beyond Resilience, will present this micro-learning session and look at what resilience is and what ten things we can do to build resilience.

Instructor Bio
Stephen Murgatroyd, PhD is a psychologist with over forty years of experience
of working with individuals, teams and organizations. His focus has always been
on helping people and organization manage and lead change. His most recent book with Sarajane Aris is called Beyond Resilience - From Mastery to Mystery: A Workbook for Personal Mastery and Change. He will be exploring some of the ideas from this book and sharing his own experience of this journey.
