FMS Technical Support Request
This form is intended for parents or guardians to provide the necessary information for our specialists to provide the proper technology support for student FCPSOn devices. A laptop experiencing hardware issues that cannot be resolved remotely will most likely be exchanged for a replacement laptop. Laptop exchanges and technical support will be arranged by appointment and occur each Tuesday from 12 to 2 pm until the end of the school year. Parents should expect to be contacted primarily by email by the TSSPEC or an administrator to schedule a Tuesday appointment whenever necessary.
If a Tuesday appointment is necessary, STUDENTS will need to attend to ensure proper setup of their device.
