Students in grades 4 - 5 are invited to join Siebert Hand Chimes, our school’s hand chime ensemble. You might see us ring at holiday programs, festivals, or competitions during the year.  It’s a unique way to work together playing a variety of music with a special instrument called a hand chime. 

Siebert Ringers meet in the Music/Art room each Tuesday morning at 7:30 am.  Please eat breakfast early that day because our practice time is limited, but very productive. 

Siebert Ringers: 

• Represent our school in a positive way and require excellent behavior at school and at each performance.  We work hard during rehearsals instead of visiting with friends.

• Play music using color coded notes and by memorizing chords.   

• Attend rehearsals each week.  Students will be allowed to miss 3 times for any reason each semester.  On the 4th absence, students will be dismissed from hand chimes for the rest of semester. 

• Use Remind 101 for all announcements, and to post photos and videos. This year's Remind code is on the bottom of the information paper. Please fill out the registration below AND join Remind to join hand chimes.

Hometown Heroes in November

Christmas Sing Along in December at school. 

NRH2O Choir Competition in May

Uniform:

Ringers will wear blue jeans without holes (no leggings or capris), a pair of black shorts, and a Siebert music shirt which will be given out at each performance.  It’s free to join hand chimes. 

Siebert Ringers is a newer ensemble at our school and compliments many of our music programs. It’s a fun way to share music and work as a team.
