The upbeat event draws a crowd of 1,000+ and also includes live entertainment and access to Cadence’s playground areas and brand new Adventure Playground.
We are now accepting applications for restaurants interested in participating in the event. Restaurants are asked to provide at least three items for sale at a reasonable price (we would like to keep all items $10 or less.) Also, participating restaurants are encouraged to offer discounts or “bounce back” offers to attendees and provide flyers or menus as takeaways.
Approved restaurants will receive a single 10x10 tent/booth, two 6’ tables, four chairs, and access to shared hand-washing stations and generator power.
It is the restaurant’s responsibility to ensure all necessary permits are obtained from the City of Henderson and the Southern Nevada Health District by all appropriate deadlines. The SNHD will be on site to inspect the event. Applicants who do not obtain proper permits will not be eligible to participate. Cadence will ensure the appropriate permits are obtained to host the event in its Central Park.
Cadence will heavily promote this event with billboards, print and digital advertising, media outreach and social media.
The $500 participation fee will be waived for all applications received by July 27, 2018.
