Non-Americans are welcome to attend this event, but DAGR can only accept donations from individual American passport holders. Here are the rules we have to observe:

Each of us states:I certify that I am qualified to contribute funds to Democrats Abroad Greece, in that: I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder). This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution. I am at least eighteen years old. I am not a federal contractor.
Contributions or gifts to Democrats Abroad Greece are not deductible as charitable contributions for US Federal income tax purposes.
Contributions in excess of $100 must be made by check or other recorded electronic means.
