Fall 2021 English Evangelism Plans
All English, Korean and Haitian churches are encouraged to have reaping meetings September 11-18 (or alternate dates by December 31, 2021). Please let us know your plans below.

Financial Assistance

* CHURCHES IN DFW & HOUSTON METRO (Houston North or South Area, Dallas North or South Area, Ft. Worth or Keene Area) have the following available.

     * Guest Evangelist (you invite or we assist). We reimburse
               * Travel up to $500 max. Additional $200 for those accompanied by their spouse.
               * Hotel Lodging up to $1,000 max or $200 grant for those staying w/family/friends.
               * Per Diem of $500.
               * Honorarium of $500 (TX Pastors who are guest evangelists receive $500 equipment allowance).
 
     * Promotional package from Adventist World Radio and Seminars Unlimited (see below).
     * $2,000 Assistance Grant from Southwestern Union. Sent to Local church by September 10.


* CHURCHES NOT IN DFW & HOUSTON METRO.

     * Promotional package from Adventist World Radio and Seminars Unlimited (see below).
     * $1,000 Assistance Grant from Southwestern Union. Sent to Local church by September 10.

     * Stand up banner for entrance
     * 4 Yard Signs
     * Backdrop for stage
     * 2,000 postcard invites personalized for location for hand delivery to friends

Assistance Grant
Sent to home church treasurer by September 10, 2021 for each qualifying church. Careful preparations should be made so that the money results in New Adventists (Baptisms and/or Professions of Faith). Faith Goal: Pray for 10 people to follow Jesus and be baptized/POF into the Adventist Movement. Plan to have someone ready for baptism/POF by opening meeting.

ONE FORM PER CHURCH OR COMPANY. Signup Deadline for this form is August 15, 2021.

• June – Secure Guest Evangelists
• June 26 (Sab) –
       o Morning - Guest Evangelists visit host church virtually (or in person) to connect with congregation [zoom or short recording]
       o Afternoon – Fall evangelism online Inspiration and training for all participating congregations
• September 10 (Fri evening) – Meeting with Guest Evangelists and Host Pastors
• September 11-18 – Reaping meetings (or ending by September 30)
