Hodge PTA is looking to fill the following positions for school year 2024-2025.

Generate board and general membership agenda, speaker at meetings, signer of contracts, establish quorum, representative as a council delegate as needed if one is not appointed.

be responsible for aide-to-the-president; and preside in the absence of the president (in their designated order)

be responsible for membership; and preside in the absence of the president (in their designated order)

Responsible for meeting minutes, all correspondence for PTA to PTA Members, and Maintain PTA documents

Treasurer

Have custody of all PTA Funds, File IRS paperwork, maintain books of account and records including bank statements, receipts, budgets,invoices, paid receipts and canceled checks in accordance with the records retention policy

Parliamentarian

advise the chair, executive board and members on questions of parliamentary procedure; vote only when the vote is by ballot.

Council Delegate

Attend bi- monthly meetings typically held on Thursday mornings presented by the Denton ISD Council and present notes to following board meeting

Lead and execute Staff appreciation events

Leads the Annual Fall Festival - Plan, Prepare and Execute
