You will receive a registration acceptance email within 48 hours of registering. An invoice will also be sent within 48 hours. If a W-9 is needed in order to process the registration or invoice, please contact Elena's assistant, Jeanne Carlson - Jeanne@BrightMorningTeam.com.
Registration fees must be PAID IN FULL before the workshop.
Group Registration: In order to qualify for the group rate, all of your registrations must be received at the same time and all registrations must be on the same invoice.
Cancellation Policy: * Up until one month prior to the first day of the workshop, you may cancel and receive a refund minus 20% of the registration fee. * Within 30 days of the workshop, if a participant cannot attend, you may transfer the registration to a different person, but refunds will not be given.* There can be no changes to the roster one week prior to the event. * A missed session will not be refunded.
In the very rare chance of low registration, weather event, or venue issue, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your registration fee. Please note we can roll over your registration costs to a make-up session, but we are not responsible for travel cancellation costs.
