Franklin County Fair Stalling Reservation
Those who set up and assign pens ask that exhibitors do not reserve a spot for animals that are not coming to the Franklin County Fair. Space will be allotted in the barn areas for show boxes and supplies, so there is no need to reserve a spot for those items. Stall space is calculated at 2-3 feet per animal and tack area is designated by club.

Reservations are due by June 28, 2019. Fill out one form for each exhibitor. Those not bringing any of the specie listed should leave the answer blank.

Remember: Members MUST enter animals (market and breeding) with the fair superintendent on Tuesday night when animals are brought to the Fair. There is no pre-entry for showmanship classes.

Dairy animals staying for the duration of the fair must also be checked in with the Fair Superintendent on Tuesday night. Those NOT staying must be checked in by 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday morning.

Animal Unloading: All truck and trailers should enter at the east gate on the Rail Trail side and proceed west between the barns. Trucks and trailers should be removed from the barn area immediately after unloading animals and supplies to allow access to the area for other exhibitors.

PLEASE READ THE FAIRBOOK CAREFULLY AS THERE HAVE BEEN MANY, MANY, MANY CHANGES TO LIVESTOCK, GENERAL LIVESTOCK RULES AND THE ENTIRE FAIR!
