Dr Rose Mary K Abraham, Director, Department of Investment and Public Asset Management, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi will deliver the memorial lecture on the topic "The Unintended Consequences of Excessive Concerns on 'Speculation' for the Price Risk Management  in Agriculture".
