Call for Workshop Proposals
Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 2026 AAEYC Conference. Please review the following information before submitting your proposal. 

Workshop Guidelines
  • Proposals will be reviewed by our planning committee.  Accepted proposals will be contacted by our planning committee with next steps
  • The planning committee will use the primary presenter's email address for questions. 
  • A new form submission is needed for each presentation. 
  • Each room will be equipped with a projector and screen. Presenters will be responsible for bringing their own laptop, if needed.
  • Each room will be arranged in rounds with a capacity of 80-90.
