DONATION FORM – Spring Giving 2024
Spring Giving will be held on Friday, June 14, with all proceeds supporting classroom learning materials, arts enrichment and additional staffing for kindergarten and first grade reading intervention at B.F. Day Elementary School. To donate goods or services for the silent auction, or become a sponsor, please fill out and return this donation form. B.F. Day PTSA is a 501(c)(3) except organization, Tax ID 91-1348668, so in addition to helping students, your donation may be tax-deductible.
