The purpose of the Mathematics Behind the Science bridge program is to prepare you to excel in a university STEM program but more specifically to enhance your skills to succeed in college level math courses, especially Calculus. You are required to be available to participate full-time the entire duration of the program which will take place from June 20th to July 28, 2017. You should have no external commitments or jobs during this time, unless approved by the Program Coordinator in advance. Please be aware that if you are under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian will need to provide consent in order for you to participate in this program. Additionally, you certify that the information provided on this form is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
