Due to space limitations, we will only be accepting two (2) grocery-sized bags of CLOTHING and one (1) grocery-sized bag filled with books, games, and toys for consideration, per appointment. Items should be in clean, like-new condition and ready for resale -- free of odors or pet hairs. Items with stains, snags, rips, creasing, fading, piling, noticeable wear, missing parts or pieces, etc. or without working batteries will not be accepted. Store management reserves the right to select items based on resale ability. *

Toys/items that require batteries need to be traded in working order with working batteries to be accepted. Toys or “sets” that are scuffed, showing missing paint, broken, cracked, or missing parts will NOT be accepted. *

We will collect your items, name, and contact info, and determine items for trade. If you chose to drop off items without an appointment (on the last Wednesday of the month), items we do not accept will be DONATED if they are not picked up within 7 days of drop off. NOTE: STORE CREDIT CANNOT BE USED ON NEW ITEMS. We will collect your items, name, and contact information. After, we will review your items and determine what is best for resale. We will give you 40% in credit of the value in which your items are worth for resale. (Credit is available the same day). EX: If your items are worth $40 in resale value, you would receive $16 in credit. *

We will inform you of the items selected for trade within 1 week of drop-off and notify you to retrieve your remaining items before being tagged for donation. (DROP OFFS ONLY) IF YOU MADE AN APPOINTMENT: We will give you your credit value on the spot, and can be used the same day! *
