Why Do I Need to Apply?

This is more for me than you. As I see the applications roll in, I want to keep my finger on the pulse of the group. While the group will not be larger than 10 participants regardless, I want to be able to close the cart on this retreat if I feel like the group's needs are heavier than anticipated. That means, we could end up as a group of 6, 8 or 10 depending on how I feel the groups needs merge with my ability to deliver what you want to learn. It is critical to me that you are part of a HIGH QUALITY RETREAT & LEARNING EXPERIENCE.

Once you apply, I will email you an invoice within 48 hours for the TOTAL RETREAT FEE ($497 plus GST) so please make sure you use your best email address. Invoices will be emailed in the order the applications are received. If the spots are filled and I have no room left, I will notify you via email ASAP and close the application process.

You have two options when you receive YOUR invoice:

1) Pay it in full (NON-REFUNDABLE) and be entered to win a one hour consult call with me. Value $197 plus GST. Yes, I take credit cards.

2) Pay $200 - This is your NON-REFEUNDABLE DEPOSIT and the deposit holds your seat. The balance of your fee must be paid in full by SEPT 15th, 2017. Your seat is NOT saved until the deposit is paid. So if you want in, make the commitment to yourself and let's do this!

3) Just to clarify, if you cannot attend the Retreat for any reasons, your ticket is non-refundable but you can transfer it to someone else should you be able to find someone who wants it. If it is possible for me to resell your seat, I will refund your ticket price minus the non-refundable deposit. ROOMS:
Once you have secured your seat at the YOUR WORDS | YOUR WAY Writing Retreat, it will be your responsibility to call Elk Ridge Resort directly to book your room. While it is LOW season at the time of the Retreat, if you end up NOT having a room because you failed to book that makes it very difficult to attend the retreat because it is a destination resort! Lodge Rooms with two queen beds (pond/forest view) or one king bed are currently available. The prices quoted for our group range from $159 - $179 per night plus $14.95 per night resort charge and GST/PST. Please visit https://www.elkridgeresort.com for more details about the rooms.
