We are sorry to learn that you have decided to cancel your membership with xchange. We appreciate your decision to become a member with us, and we hope that you have still enjoyed the benefits of being a part of our community.

Please complete this Membership Cancellation form. Cancellation Requests received by this form will be reviewed within 10 business days of receipt.


Membership Cancellation Within a current 12-month Commitment Period: 

--- Approved cancellation requests that occur inside a current 12-month membership agreement term are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. The 50% cancellation fee is based on the balance of the remaining payments due in the 12-month agreement.

--- There are no refunds on paid-in-full membership agreements as you have received both the services and the discount benefit upfront. Your membership will not be renewed at the end of your 12-month agreement. 

Membership Cancellation Outside a current the 12-month Commitment:

--- After completion of this form, no future payments will be processed.

--- Cancellation requests made outside of completion of this form will not be recognized. There are no refunds on payments that are processed prior to an approved cancellation request.
