8/7 - Movie on a Pier - You decide which one we go to!
We will be going to see a movie under the stars. We have two choices for the movie -
CHOICE 1 - LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS (1986) - Pier I - Riverside Park South, near 72nd Street Entrance
CHOICE 2 - THE AVENGERS (2012) - Pier 63, right next to Chelsea Piers at 23rd Street
Also, before the movie people can bring dinner and eat together. Please let us know which movie you want to see on the form below- please be open to both possibilities, as we will decide based on majority vote - its just fun go out to a good movie, so come for either one! RSVP until Monday, August 5 - We will let people signed up know the winner by Tuesday Night/Wednesday AM, August 6 - feel free to have friends just show up if they like, but please sign up below for yourself!

WEATHER AND RAIN
RAIN IN THE FORECAST WILL CANCEL THE EVENT. I will send a note out on Tuesday to those coming with a weather update.
EVENT DATE: Wednesday, August 7
TIME: 7:30 PM for Dinner, 8:30 PM for the movie. The movie should be over between 10:00 and 10:30 for Little Shop of Horrors and 10:45 and 11 PM for The Avengers.
COST - FREE!!

Bring your own chairs/blankets - its a paved pier into the hudson and they usually run out of chairs...

Arrive early, find a spot, bring a picnic! Bring your own chairs and blankets. Chairs are not provided.
Pier 63 Lawn is accessible to people with disabilities and all movies are open captioned.

Bus: M14, M23
COST: Free! I will also have some snacks on hand, but bring your own dinner!
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Dinner, a blanket or chair, drinks,
I will be supplying some snacks before the hike and some drinks and snacks after the hike.
I will try and save spots, but come at 7:30PM for dinner and to help save spots!
RSVP NO LATER THAN MONDAY, AUGUST 5, SO WE CAN TALLY THE VOTES AND HAVE A SENSE OF NUMBERS FOR SAVING SPOTS AND SNACKS!
