Self-Care in a Season of Stress
How are you caring for your self?

As mental health professionals we know it is so important to take good care of ourselves so that we can provide good care for our clients.  And yet, we don't do enough of it.  Or, we don't do enough of it often enough.  Or, we do it, but we stay within the realm of what is comfortable and familiar.

This is already true at the best of times, never mind during a worldwide pandemic.  We would love to learn more about what aspects of your self-care are going well for you, what is perhaps more challenging, and what might best help.

Your responses to the questions below will be kept confidential and anonymous.  We will only share any results in an aggregated format.  Thank you so much for taking a few minutes to share your thoughts!
