JOURNEY's Nomination Form

JOURNEY equips exceptional emerging leaders to reach the top. Join us in identifying visionary innovators for the upcoming 2027–28 class of JOURNEY Fellows.

We’re seeking visionary innovators in the U.S. and Canada private sector—CEO-founders, corporate executives, and non-profit leaders—who are tackling the world’s most pressing challenges (such as healthcare, energy transformation, the future of AI, education, global security) and show the talent, grit, and resilience needed to reach the top. (See current JOURNEY Fellows here.)

The 25 to 30 leaders we select for the 2027-28 JOURNEY Fellowship class will continue their full-time work while participating in four in-person gatherings, monthly virtual workshops, and one-on-one coaching with the top women leaders who are JOURNEY’s Champions and other experts who will help them deepen the skills they need to reach the top. Nominate a leader for the JOURNEY Fellowship, and we will let her know when she can apply.
