(i) Confirmations with travel and full timing details, will be sent out about 2 weeks before each event. Earlier confirmation is available for those booking air flights.
(ii) If the demand for places exceeds supply, at the Organizer’s discretion, priority will be given to Teachers and to maximizing the number of different Universities and Colleges that can attend.
(iii) These workshops are specifically for members of academia, and are not open to commercial organizations.
(iv) Your contact details will be shared with our Training partners, Microchip and Digilent, and used by Imagination to keep in touch with you. They will NOT be shared with Third Parties.
(v) The Workshops may be recorded on video for future display online as training materials. By attending, you are giving us permission to do this.
(vi) A “no-show” on the day denies someone else a place. So, we politely request that if your application is confirmed, you will make all reasonable efforts to attend, or notify us in good time if your circumstances prevent you attending.
