Basic Body Assessment
We tend to spend much of our time doing the following: sitting, standing, moving, and laying or resting, but we don't all have the same experiences!

Some people sit and feel amazing while they sit, while others feel chronic pain. Some people feel great when they stand, while others feel great discomfort.

Knowing how a person feels in these four categories can help make a huge impact in a short amount of time for substantial life improvement.

Please fill this out so that we can help move things forward!

Your answer
Can you, right now, imagine yourself in all four categories (sitting, standing, moving, and resting) and in each of these images and pictures notice your body FEELING good during and due to the imagination? If you're having a little trouble, close your eyes, and just let your mind wander a little bit and let your body "move on its own" as you allow positive images of health and vitality in your mind. If you're having issue getting visual imagery, you can write or speak out loud words that describe how you would like to feel and operate such as "I am seeing myself walking tall and confident relaxed and easy going I see myself flexible able to stretch near my potential" "I see myself at my desk, focused, and happy to work I have a smile on my face and appear relaxed and glad" etc... Keep working at it until you really feel like you CAN directly use your mind and body to improve how you feel. You don't have to feel amazing right now, but to at least strongly feel that you CAN do something. Then click "strong yes". Otherwise, put in a bit more time. It's worth it.
