Fall 2026 Jahn Robotics Signup
The Bioglow FIRST Lego League season kicks off on August 4, 2026. See all the details at http://jahnrobotics.org/

Jahn Robotics is open to all Jahn students in 4th to 8th grade, regardless of prior experience. We aim to create inclusive, collaborative teams of 6-8 students. To ensure we have enough space and coaches, please sign up for next fall by May 31, 2026.

Fall Kickoff Meeting
:

 When: Tuesday May 19, 3:30pm-4:30pm
 Where: School auditorium.
Who: Current 3rd to 7th graders interested in learning about the robotics program. Parents are welcome but not required.

We will give an overview of the upcoming BIOGLOW season, then students will split into small groups to brainstorm and plan.

Schedule

Robotics is an intense, competitive activity that requires significant time and focus to compete. Students who sign up should plan to attend at least 90% of practices, as well as scrimmages & tournaments. We also have a before school summer kickoff August 17-20, recommended but not required.

Regular team meetings will plan to begin August 31 (second week of school). We will tentatively meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30-5:00pm, although the full schedule will be determined.

Volunteers Wanted!

Our program is a strong collaboration between teachers, staff, and volunteers. You do not need any technical experience to coach - kids do the work, coaches facilitate and help keep them on track. Please reach out if interested!
