If the chosen puppy becomes unavailable due to circumstances attributable to the Seller, the Buyer may elect to either:

1) Receive a refund of the deposit, or

2) Apply the deposit to the balance of a future litter.

The Seller guarantees the puppy to be in good health at the time of pickup or delivery.

The puppy will have:

Dew claws removed

A veterinary health check

First round of vaccinations

Seller provides a 2-year genetic health guarantee, provided Buyer follows all requirements listed herein.

Replacement puppy (not refund) will be provided only if all health guarantee terms are met.

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Please initial below:

1)The puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 business hours of pickup or delivery.

  Buyer must provide a copy of the vet visit report to      KC’s Great Danoodles within one (1) week of the              appointment.

2) If the puppy dies for any reason, Buyer must have followed all veterinarian recommendations and have a necropsy performed (at Buyer’s expense) by a certified state laboratory, providing the full report to Seller.

3) Parasites & Common Puppy Conditions:

  Seller deworms all puppies on a regular, veterinary-          recommended schedule prior to pickup or delivery.

  Buyer acknowledges that intestinal parasites    (including, but not limited to, roundworms,                         hookworms,  coccidia, and giardia) are common in       young puppies  and may recur due to environmental   exposure, stress, or the natural parasite life cycle.

  The presence of worms, parasites, or “wormy stool”       after pickup does not indicate illness, neglect, or a           failure on the part of the Seller. Such conditions           are not covered under this guarantee and are     considered normal aspects of puppy ownership and   care.

 Treatment for any such conditions is the sole       responsibility of the Buyer and their veterinarian.

  Minor, treatable issues of this nature are not grounds   for refund, replacement, or return of the puppy.

4) Seller does not guarantee against:

Hypoglycemia

Diarrhea or digestive upset related to stress or dietary changes

External parasites (fleas, ticks, ear mites)

Common infections or stress-related illness due to travel or new home adjustment

Other minor health problems that can be cured by medication or minor surgery

5) All veterinary expenses incurred after pickup are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

6) Seller makes no guarantee as to size, color, quality, or fertility.

7) Buyer must complete the puppy’s infant vaccination series and continue with annual boosters, maintaining verifiable veterinary documentation.

8) Seller is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring after the puppy leaves Seller’s care or during transit/shipping.

9) Seller does not guarantee against non-genetic conditions such as puppy acne, allergies, or growth-related disorders (including HOD, Pano, OCD, etc.), as these are not genetic defects.

No puppy shall leave Seller’s care earlier than eight (8) weeks of age.
This ensures proper development, socialization, and health in accordance with veterinary and animal welfare guidelines.

Early release will not be permitted under any circumstance.

Pickup arrangements will be coordinated once the puppy has reached 8 weeks of age and has passed a final health check.
