This 6-week series is designed to support you in building a sustainable daily meditation practice (sadhana). You'll be introduced to foundational breathwork and a variety of meditation techniques, guided by Tracy each step of the way. Together, we will foster a sense of community to encourage reflection, connection, and accountability. By the end of the series, you'll have the tools, confidence, and clarity to continue your meditation journey independently.
Please bring a journal and pen. Props are provided for in-person participants (including chairs, bolsters, blankets, and blocks).
Classes are held in-person at Sacramento Yoga Center (2791 24th Street, Room 6, Sacramento, CA 95818) or Online via Zoom (link to be provided).
