Let us help you learn how to lose the weight and keep it off! This will be a 6 week cut, followed by 4 weeks of maintenance!
You'll still be placed on a team with a team captain who will help keep you motivated and accountable!
There will still be weekly challenges, BUT you will only be required to complete 3-4 weekly team challenges.
You'll also be able to earn points for your team just by coming to class and/or by walking/running/rowing/biking outside of class.
Cash prizes will be awarded for the top three men and women in terms of % of body weight lost.
