Thanks to the amazing cooperation of the new Pirates MEPs , we are happy to announce that we will organize a meeting in Brussels, Belgium in order to have the YPE (Young Pirates of Europe) Annual General Meeting -EPIC, a visit at the European Parliament and a workshop (consists of two or three presentations - speakers to be announced).

In the link below you can find the EPIC 2019 page including all information you will need, and the EPIC agenda that will be open for contributions until October 10th, 2019. There, you can note whatever you want to be discussed, change, or statutes changes during EPIC. https://young-pirates.eu/epic-2019/

We can reimburse your travel (in 2nd class/economy, up to a limit of €0.14 * Road km from EU-Parliament in Brussels to your home address ) and we will organize accommodation for all of the participants once everyone has confirmed. Please DO NOT book anything before your participation is confirmed.

-Anyone who is interested in learning.

The deadline for applying this form is September 17th, 2019, so that accommodation can be found and booked for everyone. Note that by applying, you are expected to fully participate in all events.
