DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONSTuesday, August 1Artists will be notified of their host assignments the following week. If you’re planning to join us, it’s best that you apply early. Suitable host locations are limited and, while applications will be accepted until end of day August 1, venues will be assigned on a first-come, first served basis and may be fully booked.
FEE$50Registration fees cover the program's overhead costs such as signage, marketing and street decor. You can pay via PayPal at the website or by cheque payable to The Purple Hills Arts and Heritage Society and mailed to: 10 Caroline St E., Creemore, ON L0M 1G0. Applications will be processed when payment is received.
SALESArtists are responsible for all financial transactions arising from the sale of their artwork. The Purple Hills Arts & Heritage Society takes no commissions.
MARKETINGWe will include images of BOTH artists and art in our local media and social media campaigns. Please send images (with any necessary permission and credit information) to CreemoreFestival2017@gmail.com.
SET-UPFriday, September 294 PMSet up begins at 4 PM unless you have made other arrangements with your host location. There will be an Opening Night gathering at the Station on the Green in the evening and we hope you will join us there. Please watch for more information closer to the day.
EXHIBITION HOURSSaturday, September 30 and Sunday, October 110 AM to 4 PMOur festival visitors look forward to meeting the artist who created the work. Please arrange to be on location for both days of the weekend. If you are alone, arrange for someone at the location to spell you off for necessary breaks. Please organize this in advance so you are happy, fed and comfortable throughout the day. We can help, if required.
