HOW TO APPLY – Please complete and submit the attached application form and attach any pertinent photos, samples or information.
EVENT DATES: Craft Beer Fest – November 2, 2018 & Oyster Cook Off – November 3, 2018.APPLICATION PROCESS-Oyster Cook Off is accepting craft vendor, exhibitor and commercial vendor applications. All applications should come with explicit information and pictures of your item(s). The Oyster Cook Off will only be contracting a minimal amount of craft/art vendor.
FEES- Craft Vendor fee is $350 for a 10’ x 10’ location. Exhibitor and Commercial Vendors please contact for fee information.
TENTS- All vendors will be required to use a uniformed tent provided by the event. All signs will be produced by the event, unless otherwise noted.
REQUIREMENTS – All vendors will be required to provide a certificate of insurance, proof of Worker’s Compensation coverage (if applicable) and Alabama Sales Tax certificate. Those vendors that are accepted to the festival will receive an outline of the necessary paperwork with the vendor contract. All vendors will be required to apply for a City of Gulf Shores Tax Certificate and are also required to submit their City of Gulf Shores sales tax payment at the end of the event.
