Oak PTO Membership Form 2019-2020
We are so excited to have you join the Oak PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) for the 2019-2020 school year! Memberships are available to all adults who desire to support the students of Oak Elementary.

Please know that every dollar of your membership dues stays at our school! You will be able to submit your payment by cash or check at the school on B Ready Day (8/6/19), at your child's grade level meeting, or by sending an envelope to school labeled "PTO" along with your child's name/teacher/grade. Be aware, we can't finalize your membership until we receive payment.

Once your membership payment has been received, you will receive an invitation to join our closed Oak PTO Facebook group where we will share information, upcoming events, and positive postings for our school. (Your privacy is important to us. No information will be shared with third party companies.)
