Order forms will be sent out on a bi-weekly basis. You must fill out a new form for the next two week delivery session.

School Lunches will be available to students in our Districts at no cost during Remote Learning. Please take a moment to fill out this survey if you would like to order lunch for your student(s). Please submit a new form for each student in your home. Lunches may be picked up at Spring Grove Elementary School between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. daily. Our districts also offer a delivery option which may be selected at the bottom of this form.
