We’re looking for creative, dependable young adults who are interested in strengthening their skills in podcast production, video and audio editing, social media content creation, and digital storytelling.

This school-year internship will support season 3 and 4 of our Konscious Educators podcast. 

This is a flexible, hands-on learning opportunity designed for college-age young adults, including current students, recent graduates, and emerging creatives who want to build their experience and portfolio while contributing to meaningful, community-centered work.

Interns will also be invited into the larger KYDS experience through community wellness offerings, team connection, and opportunities to engage with the mission beyond the computer screen.

Time Commitment: Approximately 6-10 per month
Internship Period: Fall 2026 through Spring 2027, with an opportunity to extend
Location: Primarily remote, with in-person community engagement in the Asbury Park area
