2022 Norwich & surrounding area Hedgehog Release Site Application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a hedgehog release site, we really appreciate your time. We aim to release hedgehogs into the most suitable environment so that they can thrive on their return to the wild. To help us with an initial assessment of your garden and the surrounding area, please complete and submit the the form below. We aim to release within a 45 minute drive of Norwich. One of us will be in touch as soon as we can.

12. Hedgehogs need to travel to find food. If a hedgehog cannot easily enter and exit your garden, i.e. through a hedge, under the gate or fence, would you be prepared to put a few small holes (hedgehog highways) in or under your fences / walls?  Would your neighbours do this too? *
13. To help us assess your garden’s suitability before doing an in-person site visit, would you be happy to give us a 5 minute online tour of your garden using your smart mobile phone or tablet? *
14. To be a release site you will have to support feed the hedgehogs nightly for at least 2 months (Supermarket own-brand cat biscuits and water). Would you agree to do this?   *
