State Department of EAC intergration acknowledges the need to continuously monitor and determine the level at which staff are satisfied with the work environment and to what extent the work environment is conducive for service delivery, hence the Department's Customer, Employee Satisfaction & Work Environment Committee is undertaking this survey to seek your views and opinion in that respect.
