It's easy as 1, 2, 3...
1. Please fill out the Fundraising Form (one form per organization please). Once you have completed the form, please email email@example.com with "FUNDRAISING PROGRAM" in the subject line to notify us and we will contact you with further information to get the Fundraising Flyers to your organization.
2. Email the Fundraising Flyer out to your members for them to forward to their families and friends prior to the event. Please do not distribute Fundraising Flyers to Shoppers at the event.
3. When Shoppers bring in your Fundraising Flyer and present it at the register upon checkout, we will calculate and give your Group a check for 5% of their pre-tax purchase. Checks will be sent out within 4 weeks of event completion.
PLEASE NOTE: To qualify, you must have tax-exempt status to receive fundraising benefits and provide charitable services to children and families within our territory, which includes the following cities: Everett, Monroe, Mukilteo, and Snohomish. We will email you back after receiving your form to let you know if you qualify!
