Ā  The Webster Area Chamber Golf Tournament is limited to 18 teams and entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Any additional teams will be placed on a waiting list in case of cancellations.

The tournament format includes two four-person teams per hole with a shotgun start. You may request to golf with another team, but not all requests can be granted. To be considered, pairing requests must be submitted in writing on this form, received by the registration deadline, and include payment. All final decisions will be made by the Webster Area Chamber Tournament Committee. If you know others who may be interested in participating, please feel free to share this form! Ā
