Zendesk EAP - Guide Events App
This Early Access Program enables the use of an app that displays Events related to our Guide product -- including article views -- to agents who are viewing a ticket.

This app is akin to the Pathfinder app, but more specific with regard to Guide Events. We expect that this app will appeal to customers that have enjoyed the Pathfinder app to date, and is available for adoption now. The Pathfinder app will be formally retired as part of the Zendesk Apps Framework v1 removal on February 7, 2020.

The Guide Events App is available in Early Access (EAP), as part of the Sunshine Events & Profiles API EAP.

What's this all about?
With the Guide Events app, agents will be able to see which Help Center articles and community posts customers have viewed and searched for prior to submitting support requests. Once you've signed up, subscribe to our EAP community page to get updates as we roll our more functionality.

it's in closed preview so only available to customers who are in the Early Access Program and on productivity pack and enterprise plan
This being an Early Access Program, are there limitations with the product?
The Guide Events App has functionality that is akin to Pathfinder but is backed by an entirely new backend and is not exactly the same. We are interested in hearing yours feedback for additional feature capabilities and functionality that would be useful for you.
