Free legal advice clinics
The Publishers Association is co-ordinating free, one-to-one, legal clinics providing advice about the challenges of a no-deal Brexit.

These sessions will offer personalised guidance that is specific to your organisation’s day-to-day operations. We will have senior lawyers on hand to answer any questions you might have about: movement of goods; intellectual property; and cross-border data flows.

These experts will be available to meet in person at their offices in London or to talk to you over the phone.

Each clinic will last up to one hour, with one clinic available to each publishing house on a first-come, first-served basis. All publishing houses in the UK are eligible to apply, but please only submit one application per company.

N.B. The participating lawyers will not be able to review documents or provide advice in relation to dispute or litigation. Any follow-up questions or requests for advice will have to be arranged privately. The clinic must take place before the 31st of October 2019.
