OJREF Fall Consignment Sale Registration
This registration form is for Sellers only. If you wish to donate all of your items and proceeds please email us at ojrefsale@gmail.com

Thank you for registering for our Consignment Sale that benefits the OJR Education Foundation! Please fill out the form below. After we review your registration, we will email you to confirm or assign your seller number.

Schedule:
Drop off - Thursday, September 5th 4pm-7pm and Friday, September 6th 8am-9:45am
Pre-sale - Friday, September 6th 5:30pm-7:30pm
Public Sale - Saturday, September 7th 30th 8am-12:30pm
50% off most items - Saturday, September 7th 11am-12:30pm

If you live on a busy street or own a business in a high travel area - would you be willing to put out a yard sign advertising the sale?

Red Tags – Use for all items not to be discounted at 11am and unsold red tags items will be returned to the seller. Sellers will be responsible for picking these items up after the sale, by 2:00 pm. Red tags are available for $1.00 for a pack of 25 tags.

White Tags – Use for items that can be reduced during the 50% off sale time. These items will be returned to the seller. Sellers will be responsible for picking these items up after the sale, by 2:00 pm. White tags are available for $2.00 for a pack of 50 tags.

Blue Tags – Use with items that will be reduced during the 50% off sale time and items that will be donated, if unsold.

Blue Tags (50 per pack) - FREE *
White Tags (50 per pack) - $2.00 per pack *
Red Tags (25 per pack) - $1.00 per pack *
Payment
Your total payment is your Registration Fee - $5.00 plus any red or white tags you order.

• The Owen J Roberts Education Foundation is not responsible for lost damaged or stolen items. Please make sure your tags are securely attached!
• Items that do not adhere to the guidelines will be taken off the selling floor.
• Each seller will work a 2 hour shift during sale preparation or during the sale. Failure to do so will reduce your proceeds by 2%
• Each seller is required to attend sale clean up. Failure to do so will reduce your proceeds by 2%
• All unsold items that are not being donated must be picked up by 2:00 pm on Saturday.
• Items not picked up by 2:00 on the sale date will be donated.
