A brief description of the activity follows:Educational Objectives: 1) Students will be able to locate various species of marine animals in their natural environments and to describe structures specific to their survival. 2) Students will observe marine animal’s habitats,physical traits and defence traits. They will answer inquiry based questions.
Name of Event: Sea World Adventure Camp Designated Supervisor of Activity: Mrs. Pink and Mrs. GuleriaDeparture Date/Time: March 27, 2019 @9:00am Return Date/Time: March 29, 2019 @4:00pmLocation: Sea World Adventure Camp Method of Transportation: Holy Trinity Catholic School Bus Student Requirements: Students are allowed one duffle bag OR one small suit case. Students need to bring one pillow and one blanket OR sleeping bag. Students are required to dress in spirit wear on the day we depart. Please carefully read the Sea World Adventure Camp packet (will be emailed separately). Food: Buy lunch at Chic Fil A on way to Sea World. Students need to bring $10-15 for lunch, if students do not want Chic Fil A they will need to bring a sack lunch. Cost: $355.00 per student and chaperone. In consideration for the making of the arrangements for this trip, I/We hereby release and save harmless the St. Mary’s Catholic School, all its employees and the Diocese of Austin from any and all liability arising to my child as a result of this trip. I also agree to allow my child to travel on this trip in a private vehicle.
If emergency treatment is required for my child, I/We authorize St. Mary’s Catholic School personnel to follow area EMS regulations in caring for my child.
Note: Chaperones must be EIM compliant.
